Episode 11: TGSS Ft Amber Jeffrey and Georgia Wicky

In this week’s episode we are joined by not one but two guests! We have a chat with Georgia and Amber about the importance of having a safe space when dealing with grief. The ladies are part of a team of 6 that set up TGSS which stands for The Grief Safe Space. This platform was created to give black and brown people a safe space to discuss their grief and parts of it that may not be easily understood by their white counterparts. The platform is about representation and not segregation. Whilst the premise has the interests of black and brown people at heart it doesn’t mean non-black and non-brown people cannot be included as they can learn and have an understanding into issues they may not face.

Aside from work they are doing with TGSS Amber and Georgia also host their own podcasts, respectively.
